Do you live in or have a love for rural, you know, small town and you’re a sucker for a great entrepreneurial success story? Well, that’s totally me. I could read about listen to, or engage in a conversation with a rural entrepreneur all day long and listen to their story. I’ll tell you now if that is you, you’re absolutely in the right place.
In this first episode of The Rural Entrepreneur’s Gold, you’ll learn why I started this podcast. You’ll hear a little bit about my small town where I grew up and where I’ve lived the last many years. There are so many great things happening in rural areas and entrepreneurs of all ages making big things happen. Hearing each story is so inspiring and I wanted you to be able to be inspired too.
Whether you have a cool business idea, you have a thought about an inspiring non-profit, a cool volunteer aspiration, or even an event that you just keep thinking about, but for some reason you doubt yourself. Know that indeed you can do it because we’re finding people who agonized over many of the same struggles and they persevered and found their rural entrepreneur gold. These people found success in so many different places, with so many different people, and in a variety of different ways and we’re going to share those stories right here.
If you’re someone who likes to cheer for the little guy, you’re going to love these impressive stories. My name is Krysti Mikkonen and I invite you to join me in each episode to hear inspiring stories of people finding their rural gold.
Thank you for taking the time to visit and read about this journey and PLEASE don’t forget to subscribe and leave a review. I hope you’ll join me to hear some great rural entrepreneurial stories in each episode.
